Order Cancellation

Unfortunately, international orders cannot be canceled once placed. However, cancellation requests may be entertained at the sole discretion of Flaneur Global.

Returns

Yes, you can return your jewelry within 30 days of delivery. Returns will only be accepted for unused products returned with the original invoice and packaging. Please send the product, packaging, and invoice to the following address:
