Shipping

Shipping Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours. Please note that personalized items will require additional processing time. If your order includes both personalized and non-personalized items, it will be split, with non-personalized items delivered first.

Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 449. Please note that free shipping does not apply to international orders and returns.

Tracking: You will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, email, and SMS once your order has been shipped.

Order Splitting: If your order includes other items alongside personalized or customised, expect your order to arrive in separate shipments.

 


 

Returns

Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unworn items without any questions asked. However, this 30-day return policy does not apply to personalized jewelry, coins, utensils, and religious idols unless the items are defective or spurious. Flaneur Global reserves the right to process refunds upon inspecting returned items. If you purchased a Flaneur Global product from a source other than the Flaneur Global website, or exclusively from store, the return policies of your purchase source will apply. Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable in the event of returns.

Missing Items in Return Orders: If any items are missing in a return order, where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but the actual pickup doesn't include all items, the company reserves the right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund. This also applies to promotional products, including free gifts and other items.

Refund Policy: For any return requests, the refund will be initiated once we receive the product back at our warehouse.

Replacement & Exchange: You can request a replacement or exchange of your order per your needs. The conditions are the same as those applicable to returns. Replacements will only be shipped after the initial return has been collected or delivered.

Return Process: Initiate a return request via our website or app. Alternatively, our Customer Support team is available to assist you with the process. After booking a return request, please be available for the reverse pickup and ensure to answer calls from the delivery partner. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the pickup, and you will need to start the process again, potentially prolonging the timeline.

Non-Serviceable Pin Codes: While most pin codes are serviceable, some may only be forward and not reverse serviceable. In such cases, you may need to return the product via an alternate courier such as India Post, and we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs (up to Rs. 70). Any charges beyond Rs. 70 will be deducted from the customer’s refund. In the event of non-serviceable pin codes, the customer is responsible for returning jewelry to our warehouse, receiving Rs. 70 towards shipping costs with their refund.

Empty Parcel or Missing Product: In the unlikely event you receive an empty parcel or missing product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. A 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel is required to process your request. Insufficient evidence or visible tampering may result in the claim being denied. The decision of the brand will be final in these cases.
