We offer Free Shipping on all domestic orders above ₹950. For international deliveries, a fixed shipping fee of ₹1199 per order applies to ensure secure, tracked delivery.
Ready-to-ship orders are dispatched within 24 to 72 hours.
Personalised jewelry takes up to 14 days for crafting.
Made-to-order complex items may require up to 25 days for production.
Once dispatched, domestic orders usually take 3 to 7 business days to reach you, depending on your pincode and local courier operations.
Currently, we do not offer guaranteed same-day delivery. However, for urgent requests in Jaipur/Metro cities, please contact our support team immediately after placing the order to check for express possibilities.
Once shipped, you will receive a Tracking Link via SMS and Email. You can also track it directly from the 'My Orders' section in your account.

Yes! We ship globally to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, and 50+ other countries via premium courier partners like DHL/FedEx.
Our delivery partners usually send an 'Out for Delivery' SMS. While not guaranteed, the delivery agent often calls if they cannot locate your address.
Don't worry. Our courier partners typically attempt delivery 3 times before returning the package. You can also contact the courier to reschedule.
You can change the address only before the order is dispatched. Please WhatsApp or Email us immediately with your Order ID and new address.
Returns & Exchange

If you don't love your jewelry, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, and with original tags/packaging intact. (Not applicable on personalized items).
Simply go to 'My Account > Orders', select the item, and click 'Return'. Alternatively, message us on WhatsApp, and our team will schedule a reverse pickup for you.
Yes, you can exchange your item for a different design. The difference in amount will either be refunded or charged accordingly.
Once you initiate a request, we pick up the original item. After it passes quality check at our warehouse, the new replacement item is dispatched to you.
For prepaid orders, refunds are reversed to the original payment source. For COD orders, we will request your bank details/UPI to transfer the amount. Refunds are processed within 5-7 days of us receiving the return.
Reverse pickup is usually attempted within 24 to 48 hours of your request being approved.
We recommend keeping items from different Order IDs separate to avoid tracking issues. Please hand over the specific item assigned to the specific pickup agent.
Strictly no. To maintain hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept return requests raised after the 30-day policy window.
It is applicable on all standard silver jewelry. It is NOT applicable on Personalised Jewelry, Gold Coins, or Silver Coins unless damaged on arrival.
Refund Amount = (Product Price) - (Shipping/COD charges if any). Coupon discounts applied are deducted on a pro-rata basis.

These are pieces uniquely crafted with your choice of name, initials, or special dates. They are not mass-produced; they are made specially for you.
Since it involves design, laser cutting, polishing, and plating, it takes 14-25 days to reach your doorstep.
Each personalized piece is designed, laser-cut, polished, and plated from scratch specifically for you. This expert craftsmanship requires time.
You can cancel only within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production begins, cancellation is not possible as the item is unique to you.
Since these items are made with your specific name or date, they cannot be resold. Hence, returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Warranty Claims
We offer a 6-month warranty on plating. Please share a clear image of the product along with your Order ID on our WhatsApp support or Email. Our quality team will inspect and approve the claim within 48 hours.

No, you can place an order as a Guest. However, creating an account helps you track orders, save addresses, and earn loyalty points.

International Orders
We ship to USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore, Germany, France, and over 50 other countries globally.
International shipments usually take 7 to 12 business days, depending on customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
We charge a flat fee of ₹1199 (approx $15) for international shipping. Customs duties, if any, are to be borne by the customer.
Due to high logistics costs and customs regulations, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. Warranty claims are handled on a case-to-case basis.
Payments & Account
We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), UPI (GooglePay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Wallet payments. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available.
This usually happens due to a network glitch. The amount is typically auto-refunded within 48 hours. If not, please share the transaction ID with our support team, and we will resolve it manually.
Yes, EMI options are available on select Credit Cards and through partners like Simpl/ZestMoney at the checkout page.
No. The price you see at checkout is the final price. All taxes (GST) are included in the product price.
Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to ₹5,000. For higher value orders, we request a prepaid payment for security reasons.
