Flaneur Global PoliciesWe strive to deliver your jewelry safely and on time. Please review our shipping and return guidelines below.
Exceptions: This policy does not apply to personalized jewelry, coins, utensils, and religious idols unless the items are defective or spurious. Flaneur Global reserves the right to process refunds upon inspecting returned items.
Return Process: Initiate a return request via our website or app. Alternatively, our Customer Support team can assist you. After booking, please be available for the reverse pickup. Failure to answer calls from the delivery partner may result in cancellation.
Refund Policy: Refunds are initiated once we receive the product back at our warehouse.
Replacement & Exchange: Replacements will only be shipped after the initial return has been collected or delivered. Conditions are the same as returns.
A 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel is required to process your request. Insufficient evidence or visible tampering may result in the claim being denied. The decision of the brand will be final.
