Shipping
Shipping Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours. Personalized items may require extra time. If your order includes both personalized and non-personalized items, non-personalized items will be shipped first.
Shipping Charges: Free shipping is available for orders over ₹449. This does not apply to international orders or returns.
Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking updates via WhatsApp, Email, and SMS.
Order Splitting: Mixed orders with custom and standard items may be delivered in separate shipments.
Returns
Return Policy
30-day return policy for unused and unworn items. Personalized jewelry, coins, utensils, and religious idols are not eligible unless defective.
Returns from third-party sellers or stores follow their return policies. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Missing Items in Return Orders
If items are missing from return parcels, the company may deduct up to the full MRP of missing products—including promotional/free items—from your refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated once the returned items are received at our warehouse and inspected.
Replacement & Exchange
Replacements and exchanges are allowed under the same conditions as returns. They are dispatched only after receiving the original item.
Return Process
Returns can be initiated via our website or app. You may also contact Customer Support. Be available for reverse pickup and answer courier calls. If the pickup fails, the process must be restarted.
Non-Serviceable Pin Codes
In some cases, return pickup may not be possible. You may ship it via India Post and receive a ₹70 reimbursement. Additional charges will be deducted from your refund.
Empty Parcel or Missing Product
If your parcel arrives empty or a product is missing, contact support within 48 hours with a 360° unboxing video as proof. Claims without sufficient evidence may be denied.
