Return & Exchange Timelines

  • Return (In-Store): Within 7 days of purchase.
  • Return (Online): Within 10-15 days of delivery.
  • Exchange (Offline/Store): Within 7 days.
  • Exchange (Online): Within 15 days.

Refunds & GST Deduction

  • Refund Mode: We strictly do not offer cash refunds or bank transfers. Refunds are provided solely via Store Credit or a Credit Note.
  • GST Deduction: In the event of a return for any product, a 3% GST deduction will be applied to the refund/credit value.

Category Restrictions

Special rules apply to specific categories (Coins, Gift Items, Utensils, Idols, and Silver Bars):

  • These items cannot be redeemed for cash. They can only be redeemed for Store Credit/Credit Note.
  • Jewellery & Accessories Exchange Rule: Jewellery and Accessories cannot be exchanged against Coins, Gift Items, Utensils, Idols, or Silver Bars. They can only be exchanged for other Jewellery and Accessories.

Loyalty Program: Loyalty points and benefits are subject to the specific tier terms available on your account page. Flâneur Global reserves the right to modify loyalty benefits at any time.
