Refunds & GST Deduction
- Refund Mode: We strictly do not offer cash refunds or bank transfers. Refunds are provided solely via Store Credit or a Credit Note.
- GST Deduction: In the event of a return for any product, a 3% GST deduction will be applied to the refund/credit value.
Category Restrictions

- These items cannot be redeemed for cash. They can only be redeemed for Store Credit/Credit Note.

Mandatory Packaging Requirement
Original Flâneur box, packaging, and accompanying materials are mandatory to process a full refund.
This includes:

Certificates (if applicable)
Tags, cards, and inserts provided at the time of purchase
Condition of Product
The product must be:
Unused and unworn
Free from damage, scratches, or alterations
In resale-worthy condition
Refund Eligibility
Full refunds will only be processed when the product is returned along with its original box and complete packaging.
Returns without the original box or packaging will not be eligible for a full refund.
