By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have given consent for minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes or violate laws (including copyright laws). Transmitting destructive code (worms, viruses) is prohibited. A breach of these Terms will result in immediate termination of Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Content (excluding credit card info) may be transferred unencrypted over networks. Credit card data is encrypted. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without written permission.

We are not responsible for inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information on the site. Material is for general use only. Historical information is non-current and provided for reference.

Prices and Service terms may change without notice. We may discontinue the Service (or parts) at any time.

Products/services may have limited quantities and are subject to our Return Policy. Product colors/images on the site may vary due to display settings. We reserve the right to limit sales, modify product descriptions, or discontinue items.

We reserve the right to refuse/cancel orders. You must provide accurate purchase/account information.

We provide access to third-party tools “as is” without liability. We are not responsible for third-party content, websites, or transactions. User comments may be used, edited, or published without obligation. Personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to correct errors and update/cancel orders. Prohibited uses include illegal activities, harassment, spamming, and interfering with site security. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. You agree to indemnify Flaneur Global against claims from third-party breaches. These Terms are governed by Indian law; disputes are subject to High Courts' jurisdiction. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains valid. Terms remain effective until terminated.

1. 30-Day Returns: Return items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund after inspection. Personalized/custom orders are non-returnable unless defective. Claims for missing products/empty boxes must include an unboxing video submitted within 24 hours.

2. Lifetime Exchange & Buyback: Exchange: Post-10 days, exchange eligible products within 5 years for credit (adjusted for market value). Making charges/GST deducted. Buyback: Buyback value based on market rates (90% for gemstones, 3% processing fee). Refund processed to original payment method.

3. Deficiency Adjustments: Exchange/buyback amounts adjusted for defects. Final decision rests with Flaneur Global.

4. Product Weight/Price: Prices based on average weight. Actual weight variations may result in refunds/charges.

5. Warranty: 6-month limited warranty covers manufacturing defects (excludes wear/tear, mishandling).

6. Documentation: Original invoice and certificates required for returns/exchanges/warranty claims.

7. Offers: Promotions apply only to eligible products and during specified periods. In case of conflict, invoice terms prevail.
